Teriyaki Chicken Wings

This recipe is one that my mom made forever. It’s amazingly simple, and you can change it up if you like. A touch of sesame oil would be good, or you can use fresh garlic and ginger instead of powdered. Also, feel free to add some heat to these, if you like.

3 lbs chicken wings
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 Mix all ingredients.
2 Add wings and marinate at least 8 hours.
3 Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
4 Remove to a cooling rack after cooking.
